In today's episode we are discussing developing a better relationship with your body and answer the question: if you believed your body was your best friend, how would you treat it? How would you think about it differently?
Because post diagnosis, it’s a challenge to trust your body, and even learning to forgive it. Starting to believe that nothing has gone wrong and that your body is still working hard to keep you alive (because it is!)
We will also talk about getting to know your body in a way that will set you up to have a successful relationship with your body, no matter the changes it has gone through!
